<\/i> Senior Transactions Settlement Specialist<\/h3>\n
\n

Location: Warsaw<\/p>\n

Job description:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • ensuring correctness of foreign exchange transactions and Escrow trust account contract settlements<\/li>\n
  • supports communication with banking systems, including bank statements accounting<\/li>\n
  • resources valuation and bank accounts reconciliation<\/li>\n
  • customers contracts and billings administration, communication with customers<\/li>\n
  • preparing reports and correspondence with customers<\/li>\n
  • planning operational processes and preparation of internal procedures<\/li>\n
  • active participation in the project of implementation and development the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • university degree, the Faculty of Economics, Finance or IT<\/li>\n
    • min. 2 years of experience in the financial sector<\/li>\n
    • participation in the implementation projects and testing IT systems<\/li>\n
    • project management basic knowledge, ability to formulate the requirements for the software suppliers and prepare documentation<\/li>\n
    • experience in accounting bank statements in domestic and foreign currency<\/li>\n
    • experience in accounting and settlement of foreign exchange operations settlement<\/li>\n
    • knowledge of the financial and capital markets regulations<\/li>\n
    • openess, flexibility, positive attitude and high motivation to implement changes<\/li>\n
    • responsibility and ability to prioritizing tasks<\/li>\n
    • good teamwork and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • fluent in English, another language is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • sales and marketing activities in the field of services offered by the company<\/li>\n
        • information and promotional materials preparation, both text and graphic<\/li>\n
        • newsletters and other mailing materials preparation<\/li>\n
        • conferences and corporate events organisation, cooperation with the organizers and subcontractors<\/li>\n
        • management of the company web sites, trading platform and profiles on social networking sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Requirements:<\/h4>\n

          • min. 3 years of experience in working on the similar position in a financial sector<\/li>\n
          • fluent in English \u2013 a necessary condition<\/li>\n
          • experience in sales and marketing of financial services<\/li>\n
          • experience in customer service in various sectors<\/li>\n
          • knowledge of negotiation techniques<\/li>\n
          • orientation to achieve the objectives<\/li>\n
