On the basis of § 5. 1 in relation to § 3. 1 and 2 of the Alternative Trading System Regulation, the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. Board resolves to introduce to the Alternative Trading System NewConnect following ordinary bearer shares of the company IGORIA TRADE S.A nominal value of 0.10 zł (ten groszy) each:
1) 2.000.001 (two million and one) series A shares,
2) 8.000.000 (eight million) series B shares.
